Pros
First and foremost, data feels accurate (which is often not the case for other wearables or calculated metrics from other apps)
The widget is great for an easy and quick overview.

Feels more like a gimmick, nice to have. Got pro for a year but decided not to extend it since I get the insights I want and need elsewhere.

Get additional insights/data points that Apple does not provide.

- Fair price
- A lot of data. Some data that companies like Whoop are missing.

- Not a lot of "long time data". Compared to Whoop it's hard to get a fast and easy overview about trends and changes compared to the last month or last year
- Only works 100% with Apple Watch
- To get full data you need to wear the Apple Watch by night.

- Monthly based subscription, so can be cancelled any time

I wanted to find an App which gives me more insights about my overall health data based on my Apple Watch. From my perspective Athlytic is a must-have for the Apple Watch health use case. Still you might want to evaluate, whether you want to go with the Apple Watch or the Whoop (or others).
