Pros
In my opinion, this magnesium is really good compared to others because it contains seven different forms... I find that I absorb it better and feel the benefits immediately. I also love this brand because everything is strictly controlled and there are no unnecessary preservatives... simply the best!
Cons
Creating some form of subscription would be useful!

I use this product because the one I used before didn't absorb well...

This is my absolute favorite product... great for use after overindulging in food and drink. Plus, it's 100% natural and vegan. I also love the taste of the capsule when I hold it in my mouth before swallowing.

Detoxing during periods when you don't eat the best... it also helps when you're under stress 👌🏻

Pros
Biogena ONE has been part of my daily routine for nearly a year now and I couldn't imagine going without it anymore. In the past year I was barely sick and I really credit it to One. The only time I was ill for 2-3 days was when beforehand I hadn't taken One for nearly 2 weeks. I also feel like my afternoon slump is gone and I have more energy in general. I like drinking it in the late morning or early afternoon, because that way it also feels like a healthy snack ;)
Cons
I have nothing negative to say, but my tip for the best taste: Use cold water + icecubes + I prefer drinking it with a straw :)
Goal
I wanted something that is easy to integrate in my routine, tastes good and fills my basic needs for all micronutrients next to my diet. For me it's like my daily baseline to have me covered for my immunesystem, digestion and energy. I also did a bloodtest and saw that I was missing some micronutrients, I took One religiously and after 3 months did a bloodtest again and saw that my values improved a lot :) For areas where I need more support, e.g. magnesium, I take an additional supplement
