Pros
I have a friend who has used Freeletics for a long time and has achieved very good results. You can train almost anywhere and all you need is your body weight.
Cons
I have tried Freeletics several times. I get sore every time because of the many repetitions. Especially in my knee. Unfortunately, this form of sport is not for me. Personally, I also find it very boring to do 100 burpees or 100 jumping jacks.
