- Some exercises have helped me a lot
- There is an exercise for almost every pain
- I really like the ‘Blackroll’ from L&B, especially the notch for the spine
- There is an exercise for almost every pain

Cons
- L&B has to keep deleting content because the statements are not scientifically verifiable
- One of the trigger point exercises probably led to a long-term physical problem for me. I would avoid these exercises
- Very expensive accessories with which L&B earns its money
- L&B is often questioned because he has no scientific sources for many exercises and statements. He often does not follow the scientific consensus.
