Qstar
Qstar is built on a clear philosophy: men deserve health solutions grounded in real science, not marketing noise. Every component in the formulation is selected through a rigorous process that starts with current research, continues through expert nutritional evaluation, and ends with independent laboratory validation in Germany. This ensures not only documented efficacy, but also reliable quality and safety.
The development approach blends human scientific judgement with AI-assisted literature analysis, allowing Qstar to continuously integrate emerging findings while staying practical for everyday use. The result is a formula that supports essential physiological processes relevant to energy, resilience, metabolism, cognitive function, and long-term wellbeing — without overwhelming users with complex routines.
Behind Qstar is a team combining operational experience, nutritional expertise, creative direction, and analytical precision. Together, they translate scientific knowledge into something men can actually implement: a health routine that is easy to follow, transparent in its documentation, and independent from investor agendas or trend-driven decisions.
Every aspect of Qstar follows the same principle: clarity over complication. Open formulation details, accessible lab reports, and straightforward daily use make it possible for men to pursue better health with confidence — knowing exactly what they take, why it’s included, and how it fits into a sustainable lifestyle.

I am able to concentrate better, mobilize more strength during workouts and have less fatigue.
BUT I am not sure if it is related to Qstar as I changed lots of my routines: digital detox during evenings and mornings, daily body activation workout in the morning and more intense training during full workouts.

On taste: clean, not sweet, and slightly bitter by design. That bitterness comes mainly from functional plant compounds and minerals, and from avoiding sugar/sweeteners. The upside is fewer unnecessary sugar spikes, especially helpful if you’re fasting or aiming for stable energy.
On impact: you’re right that multiple routine changes make attribution hard. If you want to isolate the signal, try 30 consistent days with Qstar, then a short week off while keeping everything else unchanged.
On long-term confidence: we use transparent dosages, no proprietary blends, and a daily-use mindset. If you’d like us to comment on any ingredient, we’re happy to share the rationale and quality documentation.
Also, many testers notice changes over time, especially digestion/regularity, so keep us posted.

- Well-thought-out ingredients
- I can tolerate it on an empty stomach, which is rare
- Made in Germany
- A lot of NR
- Even though the price itself is fair, 70 euros a month is simply a lot of money. But that applies to all products, from AG1 to Biogena One.
- Personally, I still need omega-3 and iron. I know that omega-3 often tastes bad in such mixes, but this means I have to continue taking additional supplements. So it's a foundation and not an all-in-one drink (which they don't promise it to be).

Glad the clean formula and ingredient choices resonate, and that you can take it on an empty stomach. We design Qstar for daily tolerance (no sugar spikes).
Taste: fully heard. It’s our most polarizing point. We’re keeping the current clean version as is (no sugar or sweeteners), and we’re working on an additional, more palatable citrus option for those who want it.
Price: agreed it’s a meaningful monthly commitment. That said, our best value plan is the 90 day routine at 49.95 € per month (about 1.66 € per day), and we also offer a monthly cancel option for flexibility.
Omega 3 and iron: totally fair. Qstar is a foundation, not a promise to replace everything. Omega 3 is better handled separately, and iron should be individualized based on labs and need.
If you notice changes over time (energy stability, digestion, recovery), we’d love an update.

-Easy to mix with water and consume before breakfast.
- Covers daily multivitamins and some minerals.
- Includes key NAD⁺ precursors, antioxidants, glycine, and creatine.
- Far more enjoyable and streamlined than a traditional pill routine.
- Many ingredients are underdosed, especially minerals like magnesium and calcium.
- Some ingredients feel non-essential or low compared to research-backed performance and longevity doses.
- Effects are subtle and difficult to assess in everyday life; may require complementary supplements for strong energy or longevity results.
- QStar succeeds in simplifying the routine, but users seeking measurable energy or performance effects may need higher doses or additional products.

Taste: fair. It’s intentionally functional and not sweet, with no added sugar, to stay gut friendly and avoid unnecessary glucose spikes, especially if fasting. Many in our community prefer it in about 300 ml water and add half a freshly squeezed lemon.
Dosing: good point. Qstar is a daily foundation, so some minerals (including magnesium and calcium) are deliberately conservative for long term use and tolerability, not high dose performance protocols. Many take magnesium separately in the evening for sleep, and cover calcium mainly via diet or mineral water. We’re reviewing the mineral profile, including calcium, for the next formulation update based on this feedback.
Effects: also fair. Changes can be subtle. Tracking one or two markers for a few weeks helps.

And I think, the chosen ingredients make sense regarding the stated goals: energy, focus, performance, regeneration, muscle support, metabolism, cognition, cellular protection, and longevity. (Which is an ambitious and wide scope for a single formula.)
The dosages seem to be absolutely safe from my perspective! Without unnecessary or even harmful fillers! (And if you look deeply into the list of ingredients on the package, you will find some extra ingredients that are not promoted but could also be effective if I knew the dosage: inulin, ginger and curcumin for the color.)
For most of the ingredients they use forms that have a good bioavailability and effect. For the following ingredients I finally found the specific forms in the list of ingredients on the package, not on the website:
* Niacin (nicotinamide, no flush)
* Magnesium (taurate, which is good for heart and blood vessels)
* Zinc (bisglycinate, which is very bioavailable)
* Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamine, which is an active form)
I also appreciate that most goals are addressed by multiple complementary ingredients rather than by single “hero” compounds. In theory, this allows for synergistic effects across pathways.
I also consider it a positive that citrulline-malate is included and not L-arginine, as citrulline is more stable and more effective at raising nitric oxide via arginine recycling.
It tastes quite ok for me. And it's easy to dissolve in water. (This matters for daily compliance.)
It may be that there are synergies between EGCG, OPC, quercetin, and resveratrol, for example, so that the total amount of the combination makes sense for many people after all. (Under the assumption that the ingredients work synergistically and are not competing or blocking each other – but I'm not deep enough into these specific interactions.)
For some ingredients, the chemical form is not specified, which is crucial for bioavailability and effect:
* Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone vs. ubiquinol)
* Vitamin K2 (MK-4 vs. MK-7)
For vitamin E, the form is stated: it's purely alpha-tocopherol, not a balanced tocopherol/tocotrienol complex.
If I am allowed to think beyond this formula: In terms of cognitive performance and focus, I would add sth. like citicoline for concentration and vitamin B6 (P5P) for neurotransmitters, maybe L-theanine for calm focus, and possibly L-tyrosine for drive. And I wonder if vitamins B1 and B2 wouldn't also make sense to feed the mitochondria for energy production. And maybe some NAC would work synergistically with glycine as both supply the rate-limiting precursors for glutathione production.
It's said to take it in the morning on an empty stomach – I wonder if e. g. Vitamin E, D and K (which are fat soluble) are good enough absorbed without any extra fat.
And taking L-tryptophan, taurine, glycine and inositol in the morning could be too calming for some people – I'd take these substances usually before bed! (Great, that the company is actively asking for user feedback on that.)
I also wonder if it's a good idea to take antioxidants like vitamin C, vitamin E, EGCG, OPC in the morning (assumption: before training), as reactive oxygen species are required for mitochondrial and muscle signaling.
But these are typical trade offs:
* Convenience (one sachet a day) versus optimization (every ingredient individually chosen, dosed and timed based on personal data and goals).
* Safety (for every possible user) vs. impact (on specific situations and goals).
Someone who is healthy and looks for an easy to use and safe and convenient supplement with a broad scope, might get a good deal with Qstar.

Thank you vey much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We truly appreciate the time you put into it. Your points are very valid and we actually already working on many of them for a 2.0 Version.
Balancing 22 active ingredients in a 250ml serving was a challenge. Consequently, we are planning to reduce the number of ingredients to make room for higher dosages of key actives. We are also looking into switching to superior forms for Vitamin K2 and Q10 (Ubiquinol) as you suggested. Also for some other ingredients. NAC is also on our List. Regarding Vitamin D, we’ve kept the dosage conservative since many of our users we did a survey with already supplemented it separately.
New Products: We are currently working on the extention of our product line. One of the new products will be a Brain Health one, which will beneath others contain L-Theanine, Citicoline, and B6. Also something supporting the gu-brain axis. Also an Energy product is on its way. So stay tuned.
I especially like the effect during my gym sessions and use Qstar as a pre-/intra-workout-booster. Definitely helps me during my sets and I feel a slight and comfortable energy uplift 💪🏻

Great to hear you’re feeling a noticeable, comfortable uplift in the gym. We see that “pre/intra workout” use case quite often, even though Qstar is designed as a daily foundation. Your feedback helps us understand how people naturally integrate it into real routines.
On solubility: fully fair point and thanks for calling it out. In practice, a lot of our community gets the best result with about 300 ml water and a quick stir. Many also add half a freshly squeezed lemon, which improves both taste and overall experience for some.
Thanks again for testing and sharing. If you notice anything over time beyond training performance, especially energy stability or digestion, we’d love an update.

On the “basic backup” point: agreed on the framing. Qstar is designed as a daily foundation, not a high dose single ingredient protocol. If you already take targeted amounts like creatine, it’s completely reasonable to keep doing that on top. Same with zinc, which many prefer to use situationally, and B12, which is especially relevant for vegetarians but can still be a safe baseline for others.
Good catch on the shaker staining. That’s typically from natural color compounds like curcumin. Our practical tip: mix it, drink it fairly quickly as a morning base and then straight into the dishwasher ;)

Great taste with ginger, curcuma / orange
Made in Germany
Covers many basic nutrients
For people looking to supplement a basic setup this can be ideal
Still prefer to blood test and supplement exactly what I need
No effect realized in day to day trial period BUT I am already sleeping enough, eating healthy, hydrating well and doing sports. Probably hard for any supplement to boost how I feel :-)
To be frank it would have been more clever to do a blood test before and after to really assess this products effectiveness. Unfortunately I didn’t and as I didn’t feel any changes in my day taking this supplement I can only rate with a max of 3 stars

QStar combines many useful ingredients in one sachet - including glycine, creatine, taurine, green tea extract, grape seed extract, resveratrol, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, L-tryptophan and other micronutrients.
You can tell that someone has put some thought into it:
The combination covers several areas such as sleep, regeneration, energy and general health. For people who don't want to plan each supplement individually, this is a very well-rounded package.
The overall impression of quality is also high and I think the idea of bundling everything into one product is basically really good and suitable for everyday use.
I already supplement most of the substances it contains - but in significantly higher quantities and at different times throughout the day.
For example, I take creatine several times a day in higher doses, magnesium and glycine specifically in the evening, vitamin D in significantly higher doses and L-tryptophan also in higher doses for sleeping.
In comparison, QStar contains a little too little of everything for me.
I am also prepared to take several supplements a day - so the product is not ideal for my personal needs.
Unfortunately, I also didn't get on well with it in terms of my stomach.
I tried it on an empty stomach, after breakfast and with some food, but each time I had slight gastrointestinal problems.
I therefore stopped after about half a pack. This is certainly individual, but it should be mentioned in fairness.
My goal was very clear: I wanted to see if this product could simplify my rather extensive supplement routine.
I regularly take a lot of individual supplements and hoped that QStar would mean fewer individual doses, fewer boxes and an overall simpler daily routine.
The concept sounded very logical and promising to me, so I decided to give it a try.
