Long-term supplement adherence tipps

Hey New Zapiens crowd 😊!

I believe a huge proportion of you already take a couple of supplements. While many of us already know the potential benefit, also many struggle with the long term adherence. Bryan had his cups prepared by his team and was pretty consistent, now he has an "all-in-one" powder.


I am curious: What are your best tipps to stick to your supplement protocol / intake πŸ’ŠπŸ—“οΈ?

@dennis-esser What’s your personal challenge? Are you taking so many supplements at different times of the day that it’s hard to stick to your routine?

Personally, I take around 5–6 supplements daily, and it feels relatively easy to maintain that habit. I know there are some supplement tracking apps out there that can help with timing and consistency.

Also, I know that @heiko-bartlog, @jill-heitmann, and @sandra-hagen have pretty advanced supplementation routines, and seem to have perfected the timing even with 10+ supplements spread throughout the day.
