Longevity after cancer treatments

Hey everyone,

I wonder, if anybody in this group has had an experience with cancer. I got diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2023. This really pushed my quest for long-lasting health. Curious to exchange with people who had experienced something similar.

First of all, I truly hope you have recovered well and are doing great today. Thank you for sharing such a personal part of your journey with the community. It takes courage to speak openly about experiences like this, and I’m sure many people reading this will appreciate it and perhaps find comfort in knowing they are not alone.

I've been exactly where you are. Got my own diagnosis and came out the other side, and like you it flipped a switch — health stopped being abstract and became the thing I actually build my life around.

Since then I've gone deep down the biohacking and longevity path trying to stay as resilient as possible. Years of it now, down the rabbit hole :)

Would really like to compare notes. If you're up for a call sometime, I'm in. Either way, glad you're here and doing well.
