Looking for a comprehensive preventive check-up provider – any tips, experiences, or recommendations?

I just started looking into preventive health check-ups and don’t have any experience with them. I’m interested in getting a full check-up, not only for early detection of potential health issues, but also to get a detailed picture of my current health status.

Ideally, I’m looking for a provider that gives more than just a test report and actually offers a clear, actionable plan for what to do next based on the results.

Are there any important things I should watch out for when choosing a provider?

Since I’m still new to this topic, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, tips, or recommendations.

If anyone has advice or can share a good provider, I’d be very grateful!

Hi Tino,

This is a good question! There are obviously lots of companies offering different types of health checkups. Where most "fail" is exactly on what you eluded to, the actionable plan (although I prefer strategy in this instance).

Where are you located?

How price sensitive are you? The offerings range from simple blood work with automatically generated insights PDF (€150 and up) to a concierge service which will cater to all your individual needs ($$$).

Disclaimer: I am biased obviously since I work for them but YEARS is pretty much exactly offering what you described. A full body check-up where you get an individual protocol which helps you improve your health status from top doctors. Feel free to look at our website for more info!
