• Expert-led courses: The app features courses that delve deeper into specific topics, providing valuable insights and techniques to help users build a sustainable mindfulness practice. These are well-structured and informative.
• Variety of tools: A range of features, such as soundscapes and mindful activities, that enhance the overall experience and cater to different preferences. This variety keeps the content fresh & engaging.
• User-friendly interface: The app is intuitively designed, making it easy to navigate through sessions and track progress. The calming visuals and design elements contribute to a soothing user experience.
• Limited content in free version: The free version provides limited access to content, which may not be sufficient for users looking to explore the app fully before committing to a subscription.
• Repetitive content: Certain meditations and courses can feel repetitive over time, which may lead to a decrease in engagement for long-term users.

2. Content Variety: Offers over 500 meditation and mindfulness tools, no matter what goal I had (quick breathing excercise, longer meditation etc.) the app has it
3. Educational Ressources: Includes videos, podcasts, and articles to deepen understanding of mindfulness
4. Motivational Features: Progress tracking and social sharing kept me engaged. Before, with other apps my journey often ended early as I didn't have the progress tracking like I have with Headspace

- I now use Calm and I like the Calm app much better
