Their core values emphasize research, development, privacy, and a commitment to taking action to drive progress.

The integrated chatbot adds real value and supports interpretation and day-to-day decision-making.
When the device is used correctly, it is a clear asset for athletes, performance optimizers, and longevity-focused users.
Movement and activity tracking performs significantly better than with WHOOP.
For measuring physical performance and training output, this is the superior tool.
Requests are not followed up on, responsibilities are unclear, and the support team is difficult to reach.
An invoice is still missing, despite repeated inquiries.
Membership fees have been charged twice without resolution.
Data export was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
As a cooperation partner, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory and cannot be recommended.

- Can't easily see pulse curve throughout the day
- Blood Pressure estimate is pretty useless
- Expensive subscription
But the best design doesn't help, if the underlying fundamentals are not trustworthy. Especially, given it's one of the most expensive tracking bands on the market, I expected more on the fundamentals. It feels like a life-style product where vibes beat data.
