D3 + K2 spray. E.g. from https://newzapiens.com/brands/cerascreen

Btw: For those who don't know. Combining D3 with K2 makes sense for bone health. See https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5613455/

I’m currently using D3 + K2 drops from Sunday Natural, combined with magnesium (citrate + malate) and a
bit of extra virgin olive oil, since they’re fat-soluble vitamins for optimal absorption.

I’m thinking about adding zinc, possibly vitamin A, and maybe boron as synergistic trace elements.

What do you prefer and why?

Saw my serum calcium go up outside normal range on high dose D3 without K2, have switched to lower dose D3 + K2 since. Just my n=1 data

Always D3 with K2 - @heiko-bartlog gave the perfect answer - or in layman terms: K2 helps D3 to get the job done ;-)

I have been trying Sunday Natural D3 + K2 in pills for a while now and have not seen the blood results I was looking for. I just switched to D E K A drops from Sunday Natural, as I also need to supplement Vit E and A. I do not have any results on this yet. What I do notice is that it is harder for me to stay on track with drops, as I have all other supplements in pills in a pillbox, and the drops do not really blend into the routine.

For me, it's very clear (target: female, 50+): combined Vitamin d3 + k2, in tablet form.

I've tried the spray before, and honestly, it's almost impossible to dose properly and consistently. Drops felt similar, and in my case my blood values didn't improve with either of those formats.

So I switched to tablets and made sure I had the dosage properly calculated based on what I actually needed to get into the “green zone”. It took a while, but I finally got there.

And, as an added bonus, in 2025 I didn’t have a single cold.
