Sunlight Lamp

Can anyone recommend a good desktop sunlight lamp I can set up in my north-facing office?

Apparently, 3 min. of red light exposure of 670 nm light works very well.

I'm looking for the following:

  • Boost mood by increasing serotonin levels

  • Improve energy levels and reduce fatigue

  • Enhance focus and productivity

  • Support overall mental well-being,

@daniel-macgowan What's your primary goal? Helping your circadian rythm for better mood and recovery cycles OR red light therapy supporting e.g. skin health OR having a good desk light in a dark office? Don't think you can get all of this with one device. E.g. I use a luminette in dark winter months directly after standing up (supporting my circadian rythm/mood), bright LED video lights in my office and a red light device from Mito Light in the evenings (calming down, skin care,...).
