The price is quite high, given that you can get similar results from a traditional lab. The provided information is the same as any other results sheet.

Overall health markers

Very nice customer experience with the app and the booking tool, plus very nice staff (in Munich).

- Biggest Con: Most lab values are provided in a rather unusual unit that even most doctors are not familiar with, so you have to recalculate standard units one by one - very time-consuming and unnecessary I feel

- At the current point, there is too little room for flexibility of the panel one wants to measure AND too few biomarker are available, critical ones for long-term health assessment/prevention are missing (eg, Lp(a), ApoE gene status, Omega 3/6 ratio)

Assessing some lab values without having to justify myself in front of my primary care physician (who 100% thinks I am crazy with all these things I am assessing for prevention purposes :-D)

Heads-up I am in process of testing this service in Frankfurt but wanted to post my first impression:

- Booking the appointment via the app was smooth and easy
- Appointment itself took less than 10min from entering the building to blood-draw to exit
- results where available in the app after 24h (they promise 2-3d)

only 6 "Labs" available

(which are actually partner labs from e.g. Eterno Health providing the blood-draw service)

Locations: Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Vienna, Amsterdam

so the closest for me was Frankfurt and the ride will take ~2h one way without traffic

Great experience doing the blood draws. Showroom atmosphere (not a sterile-looking practice or lab). I never had to wait for even 1 minute. Super friendly staff. And you get a cute plaster and a drink and snack when you leave. To be fair it's easier for me since I don't live far away from the Berlin location. The app is easy to use and looks great.

Right now (Nov24) you cannot upload your old blood lab pdfs to integrate them. Also you cannot pick individual markers like Lp(a), only combined packages like "Heart health" so I cannot get everything tested and need to go to an additional lab. (Aware is slightly cheaper though)

Regular blood work and visualised blood marker graphs to see trends.
