What’s the first ‘basic’ health pillar you mastered, and which one are you still struggling with?

Mastered: Clean nutrition -once you see food as fuel vs. entertainment, it clicks. Still struggling: Stress management during growth phases.

I wouldn’t say I’ve mastered any, because there’s always room for growth, but the closest I’ve come to mastering is probably my sleep.

What I’m still improving is stress management through better time management.

Great question! Health and wellbeing is indeed very multifaceted.

For me, the foundation is sports and movement in general. I'm very consistent and work out 5x per week – it's become my go-to remedy for maintaining overall health.

That said, I love experimenting with all the other longevity pillars, and my goal is to become more of a guinea pig to see what helps me most on my health journey. One area I haven't invested much in is mindfulness and stress management, which might be an untapped opportunity for significant gains.

What about you experts, what's been your most impactful pillar?

Mastering is too strong. But nutrition has had the biggest impact for me. Always exercised, but didn't always care/know about food.

Similar for me, don’t think I will ever master any, so for me it’s bringing it to 80% consistently.

Exercise has never been an issue, nutrition is what I gradually improved over time and many learnings, so I’d even consider it my strongest pillar now.

Recovery, mainly sleep is my biggest gap, with slow progress.
