What’s a health ‘win’ you achieved in 2025 that you’re proud of?

As we’re wrapping up 2025, I’ve been reflecting on the health journey this year – the experiments, the protocols that worked (and the ones that didn’t), and those small wins that actually moved the needle.

For me personally, this year has been about mastering the basics and learning to celebrate even the small victories. Not every win needs to be a dramatic transformation or a revolutionary biohack. Sometimes it’s just showing up consistently, making slightly better choices, and trusting the compound effect of those decisions over time.

Whether you finally cracked your sleep quality, hit a strength milestone, dialed in a supplement stack that works, improved your biomarkers, or just built more consistency into your routine – I’d love to hear about it.

What’s ONE health achievement from 2025 that you’re genuinely proud of? Maybe it’s a habit you finally made stick, a health metric you improved, a protocol or product that was a game-changer, something you tried that surprised you with results, or even a mindset shift that changed your entire approach to health and longevity.

No win is too small. Actually, I’ve learned that the “boring” consistency often beats the flashy biohacks in the long run.
